Join us for a flavorful journey through the ages, exploring the world of culinary herbs and spices from ancient times to today. Ben, from Claremont Spice & Dry Goods, will talk about a selection of culinary herbs and their cultural evolution and adaption to our current gardens. He will also provide a sample of goat cheese paired with herbs and crackers and lead a discussion of both gardened and wild foraged herbs. Limited to no more than 20.
