Sewing Basics

  • Springfield Town Library 43 Main Street Springfield, Vermont 05156 United States (map)

Throughout four sessions, you'll learn essential sewing techniques like threading a needle, sewing a straight line, and creating basic stitches. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each step, providing hands-on demonstrations and personalized feedback. Learn how to make a small project and then choose a larger one. Consider coming into the library's maker space to practice between scheduled sessions. Use our donated fabrics to practice and create your project(s). Participants need to commit to all four dates for the series for which they register:

**Fridays at 11 AM starting on September 6th (other classes on 9/20, 10/4 & 10/18) - FULL
**Mondays at 10 AM starting on October 7th (other classes on 10/21, 11/4 & 11/18) - FULL
