3.1.1 Patron: A Library cardholder

3.1.2 Library service area: Springfield, Vermont, and North Springfield, Vermont. 

3.1.3 Resident: A person living in and/or paying taxes in the Town of Springfield, Vermont, which includes those living in North Springfield, Vermont, regardless of their zip code.
